Natalie graduated from Curtin University in 2007 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene and has been working as a Dental Hygienist for 15 years. Prior to this Natalie worked as a Dental Assistant in the UK and Perth. Natalie's years of experience and dedication to the role mean her skills and aptitude are advanced.

Natalie chose a career in Dentistry as she enjoys helping and working with people. As a member of the Dental Hygienist Association of Australia and continues to further her knowledge through continued professional development courses.

When Natalie is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and keeping active.

Johanna graduated from Newcastle University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Oral Health with Distinction and was awarded the Deans Merit award. She then completed an Honours degree in 2013, for which she received the Faculty of Health and Medicine Medal. Johanna has spent time volunteering in a dental program in West Timor in 2011.

Johanna has a strong interest in oral health research and has had two research papers published in scientific journals. She regularly attends dental hygiene and periodontology seminars to further her knowledge through continued
professional development courses.

She enjoys spending time with her family, camping and snowboarding when she can make it to some snow.

Liliana graduated from Curtin University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Oral Health Therapy and has enjoyed working in different areas of dentistry for the past few years. She has always had a passion for preventative
treatment and hygiene and enjoys working in that sector at Perio Focus.

Liliana chose a career in dental hygiene as when she was younger, she has always had pleasant experiences at the dentist. She now hopes to replicate this pleasant experience for patients.

When Liliana is not at work she enjoys going to the theatre, spending time with her family and travelling.

Verlyn graduated from Curtin University in 2021 with a degree in Bachelor of Science (Oral Health Therapy). Since then, she has been utilising her skills in the many aspects of dentistry doing both dental therapy and dental hygiene. Verlyn loves partnering with patients from various walks in life, assisting the ongoing improvement of their oral health and general well-being.

Verlyn enjoys working with the community where her skills can be of use to better the lives of others. She delights in educating patients with up-to-date information equipping them with the knowledge and skills to improve their oral hygiene at home in partnership with the tailored care at Perio Focus.

Amongst the busyness of life, Verlyn finds peace and joy in her healthy church life. She rejuvenates by spending quality time with her family, church family and friends. She enjoys singing, painting and having a nice chat with anyone that is interested, or interesting.

Rue graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Oral Health in 2018 and has enjoyed working in general dentistry specifically school dental. Rue took an interest to oral health because of her love for educating patients in order to help gum and teeth health.

Rue, known for her cheerful demeanor and bright smile, is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable during their dental experience.

Outside work, Rue showcased her culinary skills on MasterChef 2023 and delights in cooking for loved ones, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.

Adriana graduated from Curtin with a double degree in commerce. Having worked in the marketing field for a while she wanted to explore different career opportunities and develop new skills in the medical field. She enjoys learning about dental procedures and surgeries.

Outside of work Adriana enjoys riding her bike and trying new restaurants. Adriana also loves to travel and hopes to live in Europe someday.

Laura graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Double Major Psychology) from the University of Western Australia and is currently completing her Postgraduate Psychology studies.

Having always worked in customer facing roles, Laura's calm and friendly nature instantly ensures patients feel welcome and relaxed.

Laura has a strong musical background and enjoys both singing and being part of the community at St John’s Anglican Church in her spare time.
